Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Our services are designed to facilitate networking, community events, and social engagement. MixMatch provides a platform for ticket sales and event coordination; however, we do not have control over the specific activities that venues choose to offer during these events. Our role is limited to connecting participants with local venues that host the events. You must not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or the experience of other users.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

While using our services, you agree not to:

• Engage in harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior;
• Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity;
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, servers, or networks;
• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

Privacy

Intellectual Property

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We have a strict no refunds policy for all tickets purchased through our platform under normal circumstances. However, refunds will be provided if there is a technical issue preventing participation, if the venue cancels the event, or in cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters or other "act of God" events).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

Event Liability Disclaimer

MixMatch and its event venue partners (collectively, "Partners") are not liable for any injury, damage, pain, or loss sustained by any participant during or as a result of attending a physical event organized or coordinated through our platform. While our Partners strive to maintain a safe environment, participants acknowledge that events carry inherent risks. By attending any event, you acknowledge and agree that participation is at your own risk, and you release both MixMatch and our Partners from any claims or liability associated with such events.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

In no event shall MixMatch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MixMatch and its Partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of our services or these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
